Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and service promotions
Provide high-quality customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills and CRM systems
Promote products or services effectively to meet sales targets
Follow call scripts and adhere to company policies while maintaining flexibility for personalized customer engagement
